Plitvice – Una Chowder Cook-Off 2023
Chowder is a chunky, creamy soup, in our region it is also often called a stew and is usually prepared with meat and vegetables, but combination of ingredients are almost endless. The first Plitvice – Una Chowder Cook-Off organized by the Una National Park and the TC of the Plitvice Lakes municipality will take place in the well-respected Bihac restaurant - Biser. The registered teams must cook at least 3 liters of preferred chowder, for a good 3 hours, and at the end all patient chowder fans will get the chance to taste prepared chowders.
