Cozy Rides in a Prairie Schooner - Wild Spring Ranch

A beautiful experience awaits you in Stara Kršlja in Rakovica - a ride in a nice replica of a well-known carriage from cowboy movies, a type of pioneer wagons in the Wild West known as the "prairie schooner". One of the most popular suggestions for the origins of the term ''prairie schooner" is that it is derived from the name for a multi-mast sailing ship - the schooner. The original wagons were covered with white canvas, so they reminded people of sails on ships. The Rakovica prairie schooner can accommodate up to six people, it is equipped with a small table where you can refresh yourself with a drink or have a snack while your eyes wander through the beautiful landscapes.

Your hosts at Wild Spring Ranch have provided two types of prairie schooner rides for you:
- 1 hour horse carriage tours;
- 3 hours horse carriage tours: this special ride goes to the neighboring Barac Caves (open in Spring-Summer) with an included ticket and a tour of this valuable speleological object.
