Charming & Cascading - Martin Brod, Una NP

It's worth visiting the lovely small town of Martin Brod and its collection of interesting tourist sites, from its beautiful cascading waterfalls, to a very old water mill and an eco washing, or the Rmanj monastery - and for a full memorable experience enrich everything with an excellent traditional meal in one of the local restaurants.

The state of Bosnia and Herzegovina has proposed placing Martin Brod and its waterfalls on the UNESCO’s Tentative list, a list of properties which each individual country proposes for potential inclusion on the World Heritage List. The Tentative list is the beginning of a long process of analysis and study which may result in a nomination. Therefore, visit this special little town and its cascading waterfalls; they might end up on the World Heritage List! Good luck M.B.!
