Events and Activities

 Throughout the year, the Astronomical Society Korenica is welcoming all who want to learn more about astronomy or to look at the night sky through a telescope. The Society also organizes lectures and courses, public observations of important astronomical events, and provide accommodation.

On the same address, and under construction, is the future Astronomical Observatory Korenica with a large rotating dome (they say it will be the largest dome in the region!). Until then, and then, you will be under an expert guidance of Mr. Nikola Mazarekić.

Mr. Nikola is also a skilled craftsman, so as a bonus experience you can arrange a small demonstration and get the best souvenir from your trip - an authentic handicraft to decorate your home.
